We had a really enjoyable stay at Cape Finest, where we experienced exceptional service. One evening, we accidentally got locked out of the house by fellow guests, but the staff promptly came to our rescue and ensured we could access our belongings. The level of care and assistance we received was commendable. The spacious room and pleasant common areas added to our positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very well located, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and good quality sheets. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request.
The room lacked proper ventilation, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to stay inside for long periods. the noise from the street could be heard quite clearly even with the windows closed.

Our Thanksgiving stay was amazing! We were blown away by the warm welcome from the staff and the complementary wine and chocolates in the room. The location was perfect, with cute cafes nearby and a scenic walk to the waterfront. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with eggs cooked to perfection and fresh orange juice. We also loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed sunset drinks with an unbeatable view.
The bathroom was a tad small, which may be uncomfortable for larger individuals. Additionally, having to check-in and out at a different location was a minor inconvenience.

The staff members were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hospitality was top-notch. The interior decoration was lovely and there was a beautiful view of Table Mountain from the rooftop terrace.
There was a bit of confusion during check-in as the reception was located in a different building. The bathroom was quite small and not ideal for larger individuals.

The room itself was bright, airy, and beautifully designed, exceeding all expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel comfortable and at home. The breakfasts were high-quality and served in a beautiful setting. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a TV with many channels and extra goodies in the room.
The air conditioning did not work well and blew cold air instead of heat.
